Capabilities

Custom Made Design

You imagine it and we design it for you. It's as simple as that. Send us your custom ideas and we'll translate your needs into specifications.

Fabrication

At Creative Gates Inc., we are proud to offer fabrication for a variety of metals, our specialized skills, and equipment to cover all fabrication steps: cutting, bending and assembling. Our cutting capabilities cover sawing, shearing, chiseling and even plasma (torching). We cover the bending process via hammering (manual and powered). Assembling (joining of pieces) can be done via welding, binding with adhesives, riveting, or more bending in the form of a crimped seam.

AutoCAD

AutoCAD is a CAD (Computer Aided Design or Computer Aided Drafting) software application for 2D and 3D design and drafting. We draft every project before fabrication. This allows us to verify with you that we know exactly what you want.

Maintenance

Let's face it, accidents happen. Here at Creative Gates Inc., we offer maintenance services which include repairs and keeping your piece in great shape.

Sand Blasting

The best way to prepare a piece of metal for painting is sand blasting. At Creative Gates Inc., we prepare every piece we paint using our sand blasting tools. Whether the piece is a fence, a gate, or a simple door jam, we prepare them by removing all contamination prior to coating (painting). Nothing beats the quality of the sand blasting preparation. Period.

Powder Coating

Talking about GREEN processes. Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. We apply the coating electrostatically and then we cure it in our 640 cubic ft. oven at 400°C to allow it to flow and form a "skin".

The powder we use is a thermoplastic (thermoset polymer) which creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
